Initial Appointment £40
 1 hour appointment consisting of an assessment with health questionnaire, proposed treatment plan and massage treatment. The assessment element is important for your first appointment so we can personalise your treatment plan towards what you would like to achieve from our session.


1 hour follow up £40
This can be used as a follow up from your initial appointment to continue treatment as planned or as a remedial based full body massage.


30 minute follow up £30
​ This is a shorter duration appointment that will likely target one area to be treated i.e. back and shoulders and can be either sports based or remedial in nature. All bookings can be made via the contact page or on social medias.

A 24hr cancellation notice applies or full treatment charges will apply. Payments can be made by cash or card at the treatment session.
